Personal Data we Collect and how we Collect it

We collect information about you in two ways: directly from your inputs and through automated technologies. The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and the Site, and may include contact (address, phone, email), financial (credit card numbers, billing information, passwords), and biographical (job title, company name, job history, photos) personal data you provide to us in the following ways

3.3. Affiliated Sites, Linked Sites and Advertisements

Our Site includes content and links to content created, hosted and provided by third-party service providers, such as: social networks, advertising networks, affiliates, websites, and other like content and feature providers. These third-parties act as separate controllers who collect personal data in accordance with their own privacy policies and data collection practices. We disclaim all liability for the actions and/or omissions of these third-parties as they pertain to your personal data and you should revise each third-party provider’s respective privacy policy prior to interacting with any third-party content and/or features.

Any personal data or content containing personal data that you submit to a bulletin board, public forum, or the Site (for purposes of publication) may be read, collected, or used by other third-parties, and therefore also used to send unsolicited communications.  We are not responsible for any personal data you choose to submit on a public forum, chat room or bulletin board located on or linked to our Site.

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 16.  If we obtain actual knowledge that any information we collect has been provided by a child under the age of 16, we will promptly delete that information.
